This is a Feta-type cheese, made with goat’s milk, formed into small pieces immersed in brine.
Le Fermier can be served simply with olive oil and fresh herbs. It goes particularly well with tomatoes and olives. It is often used in salads and crumbles easily over pasta and pizza.
